Friday is arrivals. We match your guest list to flights at BWI, Reagan and Dulles, meet each party at baggage claim with a sign bearing your names, and deliver them to the hotel block with 45 to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time absorbing delays. Later, a Sprinter runs the group to the welcome party and back.
Saturday is the shuttle loop: a published schedule between the hotel and the venue before the ceremony, vehicles standing by during the reception, and a late loop after the last dance. Sunday covers the farewell brunch and a wave of departure transfers timed to each flight. The couple's own car, a stretch limousine or Mercedes-Benz S-Class, rides on the same reservation.
Couples planning from Boston, Atlanta or overseas cannot walk our lot, so we bring the lot to them: a video walk-through of the exact vehicles, a written contract listing every pickup time, address and vehicle, the total price including gratuity and tolls, and a backup-vehicle plan in writing. Airport transfers are flat rates by vehicle class. Shuttle loops and standby time are priced hourly with a minimum, and the full program is confirmed in writing. Wedding, limousine and Sprinter bookings can be cancelled free up to 12 hours before pickup; sedan and SUV airport transfers up to 3 hours.
Guests see a chauffeur at the hotel door, a clean vehicle, a schedule they can trust and a name sign at the airport. What they do not see is the hour you would otherwise spend fielding texts from a cousin at a rideshare lot.
