Venue access matters more here than almost anywhere else in our business. New Orleans has no shortage of stunning venues on streets a stretch limousine simply cannot reach — French Quarter courtyards, historic Garden District blocks, narrow lanes in Covington and Mandeville. We check your exact ceremony and reception addresses in advance and recommend the right vehicle for each one, rather than assuming a stretch limo works everywhere.

Second-line parades, a signature New Orleans wedding tradition, add their own timing considerations — a brass band procession through the French Quarter or Garden District needs a staging point for the vehicles, not just a pickup time. We plan around the parade route and build in the buffer a receiving line or a long second line naturally adds to the schedule, so your transportation never becomes the thing holding up the celebration.

Out-of-town guests change the math too. Rather than letting each guest find their own way from MSY, most couples book a Sprinter van transfer straight from the terminal to the hotel block, timed to the heaviest arrival window the day before the ceremony, and the same coordination runs in reverse the morning after for a farewell brunch and departure.
