The French Quarter is a grid of narrow one-way streets, several of which close to vehicles in the evening. A hotel address on Bourbon Street, for example, is usually reached from Royal or Dauphine, and a chauffeur who does this daily knows which corner gets you and your luggage closest to the lobby.
