New Orleans is one of the country's favorite cities for bachelorette and bachelor weekends, and the logistics fall on whoever volunteered to organize. Friends fly in from different cities at different times. Send us the flights and we will suggest the most sensible grouping: a Sprinter for the cluster landing around the same hour, a sedan for the late arrival. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary wait on domestic flights and 60 on international, counted from landing, and the chauffeur can meet the group at baggage claim with a sign if you add meet and greet.
Rental houses in residential neighborhoods can be hard to find at night. A chauffeur who knows the city will put you at the correct door.
Much of the French Quarter restricts vehicles in the evening, and Bourbon Street is pedestrian-only at night. The chauffeur drops the group at the nearest practical corner and agrees on a pickup point that is easy to find later, when nobody's sense of direction is at its best. From there the usual pattern is dinner, a few stops in the Quarter, then Frenchmen Street for music. With an hourly booking the vehicle is yours throughout. Nobody waits on a curb for a ride that may or may not come, nobody splits into three cars, and everyone is delivered to the same front door.
A swamp tour is the classic daytime outing, with boat landings in several directions outside the city. River Road plantation homes make a longer day. Both are simple with a Sprinter van: the chauffeur waits on site and the group naps on the way back. On the last morning we can take everyone to brunch with bags loaded, then run the airport drop-offs in the order of the departing flights.
